Electrical & Lighting Parts
Electrical and lighting parts fail in ways that are easy to misdiagnose, so they are best ordered from the number on the failed unit rather than from a description of the symptom.
This page lists the electrical & lighting parts we supply for Chinese heavy-duty trucks. The group currently covers 59 part numbers, drawn from these sub-categories: Truck lighting (29 items); Electrical control (19 items); Electrical system (11 items).
What this category covers
Parts in this group include truck headlight assemblies and lamp units, fog and work lamps, indicators and marker lights, wiring harnesses and injector harnesses, water temperature and pressure sensors, electrical control units and relays.
Because these items are ordered by number rather than by picture, the list above is not a catalogue of everything we hold — it is the range of part types that sit in this system. The specific numbers in stock move as stock moves, so the reliable way to check an item is to send us the number.
Vehicles covered
The numbers on this page are listed against SINOTRUK HOWO, SHACMAN Delong, FAW Jiefang, FOTON Auman, DONGFENG, CAMC Hualing.
Typical applications are SINOTRUK HOWO (HOWO, HOWO A7, T7H, TX, Steyr, SITRAK); SHACMAN Delong (Delong F2000, F3000, M3000, H3000, X3000, X5000); FAW Jiefang (J5P, J6, J6P, J6L, J6M, JH6, J7, Hanwei); FOTON Auman (Auman ETX, GTL, EST, Aumark); DONGFENG (Tianlong, Tianjin, Kinland, Kingrun, EQ153 chassis); CAMC Hualing (Hualing, Valin, Xingkai, JAC Gallop).
The same system can be built differently across model generations, so two trucks with the same badge may not take the same part. Always confirm against the part number or the chassis number.
How to identify the right part
Before ordering, check these three things: lamp type and beam pattern, connector pin count and plug shape, sensor thread and voltage rating.
If you do not have the part number, send photographs of the old part from two angles and the chassis number. In most cases we can identify the correct number from those alone.

Where a single number covers more than one specification, the variant is listed on the product page, and we will confirm it with you before the order is packed.
How to order
1. Send the part number
Give us the number stamped on the old part, or the number from your parts book. If you only have the chassis number, send that instead — we will look it up.
2. Tell us the vehicle
Tell us the make, model and, where possible, the year of the truck. The same system can use different parts across model generations.
3. Confirm the variant
Where a part number covers more than one specification, we will send you the options with their measurements so you can pick the one that matches your truck.
4. Receive a quotation
We reply with price, packing and shipping options for your destination and quantity. No price is published on this site because freight and quantity change the figure for every order.
5. Approve and ship
Once you approve the quotation we pack the goods, send photographs of the packed cartons, and hand over to your forwarder or ours.
How these parts fail, and when they are replaced
Headlamp assemblies fail at the lens and at the connector. A lamp that has taken water usually shows corrosion on the connector before the bulb fails.
Wiring harnesses fail where they are clamped, and an intermittent fault that appears when the harness is flexed is the classic signature.
Sensors fail in ways that imitate other faults: a temperature sensor reading low can look like a thermostat problem, and one reading high can look like an overheating engine.
Electrical control units and relays fail at the connector pins as often as internally, so the plug should be inspected before the unit is condemned.
Marker and work lamps frequently fail at the earth return, which is why a lamp that will not light is often a grounding fault rather than a lamp fault.
Part numbers change between model generations
Part numbers change across model generations even when the visible part looks the same. A housing may be carried over while the connector, the thread or the mounting ear changes, and those are the differences that decide whether a part fits. This is why we ask for the number, and why a part that looks identical to the old one is not accepted as proof that it is the right one.
Packing
Parts in this group are packed according to what they are. Rigid castings travel in cartons with corner protection; pipes and cables travel straight rather than coiled, because coiling sets a bend that is difficult to remove; lamps travel individually wrapped. If the packing needs to suit a particular route or a particular forwarder, tell us when you order and it will be arranged.
Questions buyers ask about this category
How do I know this part will fit my truck?
Check the part number first — it is the most reliable identifier. Then check the vehicle details listed on the product page. If the number on your old part matches, the part fits. If you are unsure, send us the chassis number and a photograph of the old part.
Can I order a single piece, or do I have to buy in bulk?
Both are possible. Consolidating several part numbers into one shipment usually reduces the freight cost per item, so workshop and fleet buyers commonly group their requirements into a single order. Ask us for a quotation on the quantities you actually need.
Is this part made by the truck manufacturer?
No. It is an aftermarket replacement part supplied by SAIWEN, an independent supplier, and it is not made by the truck manufacturer. It is intended to be used in place of the corresponding OEM part.
What information should I send with my enquiry?
The part number, the truck make and model, the quantity, and your destination port or city. A photograph of the old part helps when the number is worn or unreadable.
Can you supply the parts for a whole system rather than individual items?
Yes. Buyers rebuilding a gearbox, a braking circuit or a cab tilting system often order the complete set of related items together. Send the list and we will quote it as one order.
Do you publish prices on the website?
We do not publish prices, because the delivered cost depends on quantity, packing and destination. Send your requirement and we will quote it directly.
Are the part numbers on this site the ones I should search for?
Yes. The numbers shown are the reference numbers used to identify each part. Search by that number, or send it to us, and you will reach the correct item.
How do I identify the correct headlamp?
By the part number and the beam pattern. Left-hand and right-hand traffic markets take different beam patterns for the same housing, so the market matters as well as the number.
Are connectors supplied with sensors?
The product page states what is included. Where a connector is not supplied it is listed under its own number.
Can an electrical fault be diagnosed from the part number?
No. The number identifies the part, not the fault. Send the symptom as well and we will tell you which numbers are associated with it.
Sending an enquiry that gets a single quotation
A good enquiry takes two minutes to write and saves a fortnight of correspondence. It states the part number, the truck make and model, the quantity, and the destination. Where the number is uncertain it includes a photograph. Where the requirement is a repair rather than a single item, it lists everything intended to be replaced in the same job. Buyers who send the full list in the first message generally receive a single quotation that covers the whole repair, instead of a sequence of quotations that each need a separate freight calculation.
If your number does not match
If the number you send does not match anything in our catalogue, that is not the end of the enquiry. Numbers are frequently superseded, and a number that has been replaced may still identify the correct current reference. Send the old number anyway, together with the vehicle details, and we will tell you what we can and cannot match. We would rather tell you that a number is not available than send a part that will not fit.

Buyers working on this system usually order from other systems in the same job. All of the categories are reachable from the product list, and the category pages are linked from the main navigation, so you can move between them without going back through the home page.
Before you send the enquiry
If you are chasing an electrical fault, send the number from the failed unit. Sending only the symptom often leads to replacing a sensor when the harness is at fault.
This is an aftermarket replacement part and can be used in place of the corresponding OEM part.
SAIWEN is an independent aftermarket supplier. Vehicle brand and model names are used only to indicate compatibility and do not imply affiliation with, authorization by, or endorsement from the vehicle manufacturers.
